Jacinta (2025)
A young Uruguayan man enters the bathroom of an abandoned house. On the other side, a woman begins to sing. He joins her in that shared, fleeting, and intense moment. When he steps back outside, what happened lingers between the real and the imagined, pushing him to return in search of it.
Luz de Río (2024)
Julio, a 35-year-old man, returns after a breakup to his grandparents’ house in Mbiguá, a peninsula across from the city of Asunción. There, within walls heavy with silence, he discovers his grandmother’s diaries and takes refuge in her memories. As he tries to heal, he begins a bond with Amelia, a 29-year-old woman, and faces the choice of staying and clinging to the past, or moving forward with his life.
